The Wedding of Remi and John
The ceremony for this special wedding was held at The Sedona Heritage Museum. With the assistance of Show Stoppers, a traditional Japanese Torii was constructed out of giant timber bamboo to honor the heritage and traditions of the bride’s family.
Remi and John were are joy and made such a lovely couple. John and his family were from England making this wedding quite the international affair.
Remi’s bouquet was classic yet made in a traditional Japanese Ikebana style. Several varieties of green orchids were used with hypericum berries and hydrangea. Equisedum triangles hovered above the exotic bouquet.
The stem wrap was made of a row of equisedum to mimic bamboo. The handle was then laced with a narrow chocolate brown ribbon.
The brides maids bouquets were gorgeous with green orchids, hydrangea and red cock’s comb.

The fantastic centerpieces were made in place and incorporated manzanita branches, orchids, hydrangeas, green spider mums, equisedum and ranunculus.
Small hand-made origami cranes dangled from manzanita branches on each table. This Tlaquepaque wedding was absolutely lovely and one we will always remember.
